To all our racegoers, participants and visitors.

As you may have seen the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has announced (17th March) that racing will be suspended until the end of April due to the national coronavirus crisis.

All ticket purchasers will be refunded for the relevant race meetings and our hospitality team will contact all customers in that respect directly with options.

Quite clearly the pace of the government’s plan to deal with this current pandemic is accelerating rapidly.

At this stage we ask for everyone’s patience with regards to updates relating to our subsequent race meetings, including Royal Ascot. We are considering a range of options. It is too early to be definitive or even speculate on how this situation will affect the summer programme.

We will provide information as soon as we possibly can but we are reliant on external guidance which for obvious reasons is not in our power to accelerate.

As we have already clarified anyone who has already booked a ticket or fine dining package for Royal Ascot will be eligible for a refund should circumstances dictate.

Update - Tuesday 24th March

Following Government guidance our staff are currently working remotely and we are therefore unable to take phone calls.

Rest assured, a member of staff will respond to your e-mail very shortly. We appreciate your consideration.

Please take care and be safe
